Angeline was absolutely awesome in helping me purchase my first property. I started looking to purchase a rental property back in October 2017. With where home prices are currently at there was little to no positive cash flow on a lot of triplexes and four-plexes.
The areas I was considering in buying were the rough parts of town. Not really were I wanted to live but it was the only neighborhoods that made sense financially to make enough in rental income to cover the mortgage payment.
